About Dave Glynn

Dave Glynn works for a 151 year old legal publishing company in Chicago.  
Dave lives with his wife and two daughters in Sugar Grove, Illinois.  They live
in a farm house that was built in 1847 by original Homestead settlers in Sugar
Grove.  

Dave has a BFA in painting from Northern Illinois University.  Dave moved into
the legal field after college, following his mother's career as a legal
administrator.  In 1994, Dave joined the Law Bulletin Publishing Company as
a Marketing Manager and is now Director of Research and Product
Development.

Dave has spoken at various national conferences on the subject of Legal
Technology including the American Bar Association TechShow and the
Association of Legal Administrator's National Conference.  Dave has written
many articles on the subject of Legal Technology that have been published
both locally and nationally.

Dave is a creative executive who has a great enthusiasm about making ideas
become real. Dave has driven the creative side of product development at
Law Bulletin for the last 11 years. His most recent product is the
Chicago Daily
Law Bulletin Online. Dave has been responsible for development of
CourtBriefs, DM2000 (case management software) and AccessPlus
(subscription only). His experience with Web-faced database products is
extensive. Dave was responsible for the company's decision to move to Oracle
and upgrade/enhance many of its product lines in addition to new product
development. Dave has also overseen the product launch and managed the
product life cycles. His unique insight into the future has kept his company
profitable and at the forefront of the legal publishing business for the last 11
years.

On a couple of weekends a month, Dave joins his bandmates in the
Empty
Can Band performing at Illinois Fox Valley clubs and festivals.  The band has
recently released a CD called "Still Alive" which is available on
MP3Tunes,
com, iTunes, Yahoo Music and CDBaby.com.
